Transport:

Do you need to travel to and from work in the local area or do you need to make the commute to Brisbane 1 or more times a week?

If you need to get out of Noosa for work its worth considering a location nearer to one of the major arterial roads that will get you onto the Sunshine motorway or M1 faster

Community:

What type of community do you want to live in? Do you want to socialize with neighbors and friends? Or would you prefer to keep your life private?

If you are looking for the community there are many social events organized around local beach clubs and organizations such as the local lifeguards and nippers associations if you have young children.

Location:

Where do you want to live? Is it close to family and friends? Do you want easy access to public transport? Are you near schools, parks, and shops?

There are three main areas to Noosa nestled among the roundabouts and each offer there own distinct feel.

House prices can vary greatly between these areas as well, generally with any houses closer to the water being in the higher price bracket.

Noosaville is a little way from the famous Hastings Street beaches, just a short 10-minute car drive but much closer to Gympie Terrace with Noosa River and the main Noosa Civic shopping center which is currently undergoing significant works to increase the capacity for size and demand.

Noosa Waters homes are built around a man-made canal system that connects to the Noosa River. Within Noosa Waters, there is a range of well-manicured parks and you are just a short stroll to the cafes and restaurants of Gympie Terrace.

Noosa Junction is a great place for shopping, dining, and entertainment with the local BCC cinema being in the middle of the Junction.

The central location of Noosa Junction means that you can easily stroll up and over the hill down to Noosa Beach and have your toes in the sand within a few minutes.
